Singapore's colorful windows are stunning. These walls and windows are painted with vivid, bright pastel colors. They can found in the least excepted places- I think they are the hidden gems of Singapore. They make the entire area so lively and vibrant. A color splash feels very fresh for the eyes.
This project has been on my mind for so long. I started sketching when I found my sunny boy has started making spellings but such is the influence of technology that the boy could write well on my phone's or tablet's notepad. His handwriting was not improving. I have noticed he always imitates me, wants to do what I am doing, I am his role model. So the idea came to my mind, if he sees me writing or drawing on paper- basically using a pen/pencil on paper more than on a keyboard - he will start doing the same.
This is my first sketch. It is a window in Little India in Singapore. Below is the actual photograph.
I think my idea did work since I do see him writing on paper more often than before. It is something I should be doing often. Handwriting can get better only by practice.
